        Newly sworn in Mayor Winnecki proposed a couple of very small changes in how contractors

do business with the city. He proposed a website that will allow contractors to submit permits on line (got news for ya Winnecki most every body already has this), the second is to eliminate some minor fees after the building is completed. The third is to issue a certificate of occupancy automatically after a buildings final inspection, and the forth is to combine the building and demolition licenses into one license. That's it? That's the fricking sweeping changes I voted you in for? These are pretty small changes. Obviously he has no idea how hard it is and expensive to run a business in Evansville. If this is what he's got, then he's way out of touch.

        There were union reps there, but why in the world was union reps there? Their against jobs for Indiana, any job except those that feed money to the evil liberal abortion loving union. I hope that Winnecke is solidly on the "Right To Work" bandwagon, I hope he will work to stop the evil Vectren from stealing from us. But being associated with the union is a sign that Winnecke is not on board with the people that want jobs for Evansville.
          Council women Missy (Is that her real name) Mosby states this proposal will help both builders and real estate agents. It's going to help growth here in Evansville. Now that's what a ridiculous statement is folks, these proposals do nothing to help any growth at all. I expected a much bigger boom out of Winneckei and all we got is a one mouse step. No one heard it, and no one noticed. Not even a cat.
